Web Design 

Credit: .5     Grade: 10-12     Prerequisite : Keyboarding / WP

Web Design will enable students to learn how to create effective web sites. The class covers basic design principles of the following: alignment, proximity, repetition, and contrast. As a group, we will explore a variety of software programs and features available within the programs used. Students will create professional-looking web pages for their own web sites. Web page design with HTML coding and the use of HTML editors will also be explored. In addition, the class will look at digital photography, scanning equipment, and the Internet as a resource for making web pages. Paper fee.
