L - Dan Kerr R - Don D. Harvey

Third Planet plays a variety of music from folk, rock, and reggae to blues, country, and original music. This is a duo that can sound like a stripped down unplugged acoustic act or a soft rock band. Great harmony vocals are what they strive for in every song. Song writing is also an emphasis as both members contribute tunes to the repertoire. They are currently recording their first CD of original Third Planet music. This versatile duo has opened shows for major country acts such as Billy Dean, Suzzy Boggus, and John Berry in 1999
Don D. Harvey won a 3rd, 4th and 5th place from hundreds of entries in the Song Writers of Wisconson International Song Contest, October 2001.
Third Planet begins recording tracks for their first CD of original songs in March 2002

Dan Kerr - Lead Guitar, Keyboards, Vocals
Dan came to LaCrosse Wisconsin from North Dakota many years ago. He is just recently married. He and his wife are now living near Galesville Wisconsin. Dan has played in many area bands and currently works as a consultant at HSR Associates.

Don Harvey - Rhythm Guitar, Harmonica, Vocals
Don was the lead singer for the local country rock group Tennessee for more than eight years. He had the opportunity to do some recording and to open for many major national acts. Don has been a high school Graphic Arts teacher for many years and has a wife and two young daughters.
