I also called several other vendors in Winona, and it took them one week or more to come out and quote. Installation was done on the day we scheduled. Two weeks after the installation the motor was not running. I called up River City. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from a service technician. Within one hour, a service man was at my home looking at the problem. One of the motors had gone bad. He went back to the shop to get a replacement and had it installed within an hour. We just received our first Xcel energy bill today after installing a new Bryant Puron Hybrid heating system. Our air conditioning cost went down $24.00 compared to the same month last year with our old system, with relatively similar hot weather. And, our home is much cooler, with temperatures more even throughout the house. The installation was fast, neat, and at our convenience. Great product!

Many households in our valley suffer from the same problem with a heating contractor that installed a heating & air condition system back in the early 1990’s that was under designed for the size of the house. After 15 years with this inadequate system that could not cool the house we finally have a heating & air condition system that works. During the hottest days this year, the Bryant two speed air conditioning system combined with the new Bryant Plus 90I furnace system maintained the set point temperature throughout the house even on the second level using a dual zone control system. I am very impressed with the professional services of River City Heating and Air Conditioning as they provided a solution to our problem, installed the system using professionals that took great pride in their work, and followed up on the installation to make sure I understand the system. This was an excellent job that was well done.
