Brief History... 

Lion Bob Andraschko was elected president. A new project was started—popcorn sales. Forty cases were ordered. We erected our highway sign in 1981 near Rollingstone. The highlight of the year was when Lion 1st V.P. Dan Bloom ran his first meeting during one of Lion Bob’s absences. Lion Dan inspired us with the showing of that immortal film, “A Country Coyote Goes to Hollywood”. We also held our 1st of now many famous home made chili suppers. Over 100 pairs of glasses were also collected by the Sunset Lions. Lion of the year was Lion Bill Clark.
