RENTERS PROMISE TO THE FOLLOWING
1. RESERVATION INFORMATION/SECURITY DEPOSIT: Apartment must be secured using a credit card, (VISA or MasterCard). It shall be agreed upon by both parties that the Renter’s credit card will be used if damages occur.
2. UTILITIES: Management shall pay for all utilities including local phone and cable televison.
3. FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES: The apartment will be fully furnished, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, TV, sheets, towels, dishes, beds, couches, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Daily maid service is not provided.
4. CHECK IN: Renters are required to make arrangements with our office for a time to pick up the key. Keys maybe picked up during regular business hours 9 AM to 4:30 PM or by special arrangement. Renters are required to maintain the home in a clean an sanitary manner including all equipment, appliances, furniture and furnishings there-in.
5. CHECK OUT: Lease expires at 3:00pm on / / . Keys should be dropped through the mail slot in the front door of the Hacienda House after Renters have locked the door. Lost keys (or unreturned keys) will require home to be re-keyed, the expense to come from lessees deposit. Please place any used linens and towels in the laundry basket in laundry room upon check-out.
6. CANCELLATION: No charge will be made for cancellations made more than 2 days prior to arrival. Reservations not canceled 2 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount. Cancellations must be communicated by phone or Email.
7. DAMAGE OR INJURY TO RESIDENT OR THEIR PROPERTY: Management is not responsible for any damage, or injury that is done to residents, or their property, or to resident’s Renters and property that was not caused by willful negligent act of management. NO PETS allowed.
